Pricing & VAT

All prices stated are in UK Pounds Sterling. All errors and omissions excepted. Prices are subject to change at any time.

Deliveries to the UK and EU are charged VAT at 17.5%. Customers outside of the UK but in the EU may enter a VAT registration code to make their order VAT exempt. Customers outside of the EU are not charged VAT for their products or shipping.

Payment and Ownership of Goods

Goods remain our property until paid for in full. If your issuing bank declines your credit card or cheque payment, either before or after the despatch of goods, we will treat the order as cancelled. If the goods have been despatched we may require you to return the goods to us within 7 days or require you to pay in full by satisfactory means within 7 days.

In the event that any amounts become due (including downgrades, early disconnections, missing or damaged returned goods, credit or debit card charge backs and dishonoured cheques) we reserve the right to engage the services of a debt recovery agent. Charges incurred as a result of this action will be your responsibility.

If you are paying by cheque the goods will be despatched 8 working daysafter the day we receive the cheque to allow for clearance through or bank.

Despatch & Delivery

Next Working Day (UK Only)
If you place your order online before 4.00pm on a working day and you have chosen the Next Working Day delivery option, we are normally able to fulfil and despatch stock items the same day. Product availability and stock levels are indicated at the point of sale.

Other UK Delivery
Delivery will normally take 2 to 4 working days from the date of your order.

If we cannot fulfil or deliver your order within these times or have any other problems with your order, we will contact you by email as soon as possible. We will also give you an expected delivery date and allow you to cancel your order if you wish.

International Delivery
Delivery will normally take 5 to 7 days from the date of your order, but in extreme cases could be up to 14 days. If we cannot fulfil or deliver your order within these times or have any other problems with your order, we will contact you by email as soon as possible. We will also give you an expected delivery date and allow you to cancel your order if you wish.

Liability and Insurance
Our late delivery liability is reflected in the terms and conditions that our couriers afford us and is limited to postage refund only. However, if your parcel is lost, stolen or damaged whilst in transit, Guaranteed Next Working Day deliveries have the advantage over the 2-4 day delivery service in that they can be tracked on-line and are fully insured.

Please Note: Orders involving mobile phones may take longer than the times stated above because of the administration involved with the relevant networks. eXpansys UK Ltd cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by Acts of God, industrial action, vehicle breakdown, service providers, credit searches, stock availability and delivery companies.
